Job Title: Heating and Cooling Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heating and Cooling Service Manager to join our team at Ray O. Cook Heating & Air. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing our HVAC service department and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead our service team to deliver high-quality results and exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase department profitability and efficiency
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and grow our customer base
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
  • Provide training and support to our technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in the HVAC industry, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business growth
  • Proficiency with ServiceTitan and measureQuick, with experience in using these tools to drive business efficiency and growth
