At Gentle Dental, we are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the smooth operation of our dental practices. As a key member of our team, this individual will be responsible for ensuring that our offices provide exceptional customer service, engaged employees, and efficient operations.

Job Summary
  • Maintain a productive work environment that prioritizes patient care and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and direct front and back office staff to ensure seamless operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of leadership experience and excellent communication skills. Previous dental or healthcare management experience is preferred but not required. Computer literacy is a must, with Denticon experience being a plus.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage office operations, including bookkeeping, invoice processing, cash control, payroll preparation, and other administrative tasks.
  2. Develop and implement office budgets, manage procurement of supplies and equipment, and maintain advanced knowledge of software systems.
  3. Recruit, retain, and terminate staff, working closely with HR to address employee issues.
  4. Process dental insurance claims, manage HMO and PPO plans, and present treatment plans to patients.
  5. Ensure compliance with state dental laws, local health and safety regulations, and company policies.

We offer a competitive salary range of $69,000 - $73,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
