Youth Recreation Coordinator

The Maui County Hawaii seeks a skilled Youth Recreation Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the Parks and Recreation department, you will play a vital role in creating engaging experiences for children.

**Job Summary:**

This is a full-time, seasonal position that offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people. The successful candidate will assist the recreation leader in planning and executing daily activities that promote physical and emotional growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in preparing plans for age-appropriate activities that promote socialization, creativity, and physical activity
• Participate in leading organized games, music, and crafts sessions
• Nurture work ethics and values in children through positive role-modeling

**Requirements:**

• Training Dates: Participants will receive comprehensive training prior to the program start date
• Program Dates: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

**Compensation:**

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $40,000-$50,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
