As a Residential Maintenance Professional at Presbyterian Children’s Homes and Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our clients by performing general repair and preventive maintenance of our buildings, grounds, and equipment. You will be responsible for:

  • Performing overall general maintenance duties required by daily work orders or as part of the preventive's maintenance program.
  • Maintaining inventory and care of tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Demonstrating effective collaboration across departmental lines.

This role requires a High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2-3 years of general residential maintenance experience. Additionally, you must hold a valid driver’s license, have a risk-free driving record, and be willing to undergo initial and periodic screenings, including a pre-employment drug screen and physical exam.
