This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that prioritizes health and wellness. As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets by implementing our proven sales process and developing strong relationships with clients. You will also train and supervise a team of sales professionals and ensure that our studio operations are running smoothly.

Sales Performance

We expect our Studio Managers to consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets by effectively managing client interactions, building trust, and creating personalized sales plans. Your ability to drive sales growth while maintaining excellent customer service will be crucial to your success in this role.

Management Responsibilities

You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets. This includes training, coaching, and regular feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Studio Operations

As a Studio Manager, you will oversee all aspects of studio operations, including inventory management, facility maintenance, and administrative tasks. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring that our studios run efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Compensation Package

">

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. In addition, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
