Medical Professional Wanted for Acute Care Role

Estimated SalaryThe estimated salary for this role ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience, education, and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThis medical professional will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Responsibilities include:
- Implementing and monitoring patient care plans
- Monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition as appropriate
- Serving as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
- Notifying proceduralist of findings that warrant attention prior to procedures
- Providing care to patients post procedure, implementing physician orders, and readying patients for discharge or transfer to an impatient bed
This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong focus on patient-centered care, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- A valid RN license and BLS certification
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
