Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in The Woodlands, Texas for the upcoming school year.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals for students, ensuring a supportive and engaging therapy environment.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups, collaborating with teachers and other support staff to meet students' needs.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Active or pending Texas state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience working with school-aged children with various speech and language disorders.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language assessment tools and intervention techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals.
