Residential Mental Health Support Role in Asheville, NC

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a 3rd Shift Mental Health Residential Support Staff at our facility in Asheville, NC. This rewarding role involves providing support to residents with mental health needs in a residential setting.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $17.50 per hour, with opportunities for increases based on experience. Our competitive pay ensures you receive fair compensation for your hard work and dedication.

About the Role:

This is a challenging yet fulfilling opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' lives. As a 3rd Shift Mental Health Residential Support Staff, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the safety and security of the facility and its residents
  • Supporting residents in maintaining healthy sleep schedules
  • Completing timely documentation
  • Assisting in cleaning and organizing community spaces
  • Building rapport with residents and providing emotional support
  • Administering routine medications
  • Problem-solving and responding to crisis situations

Requirements:

  • Be at least 21 years old with a valid driving record
  • Prior experience working in a residential or transitional living environment is preferred
