Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Search Solution Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our financial functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoicing and Payments: Process invoices, reconcile accounts payable, and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate terms, and manage vendor communications.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, track expenses, and analyze financial data for trend identification.
  • Expense Monitoring: Monitor and correct posting of expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Workflow Analysis: Analyze and optimize workflow processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel.
Education and Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred.
  • Experience: Experience with Sage Intacct an asset but not required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
