Job Title: Occupational Therapist - West Valley Center

At Care Partners, we are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team at our West Valley Center. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a comprehensive, holistic treatment experience for children with autism and their families.

About the Role:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans in line with Occupational Therapy standards.
  • Provide direct therapy to implement goals in individual or group settings.
  • Supervise and provide case guidance to Occupational Therapy Assistants.
  • Maintain client records and data collection as per policy.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support client care.
  • Assist with staff training and professional development.
  • Manage scheduling and ensure timely, effective therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed or eligible for Occupational Therapy licensure in Arizona.
  • Experience working with autism populations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in working with young children and families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, plan, and organize independently.
  • Must pass a fingerprint clearance check and other related hiring requirements.
