Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pediatric pathologist to join our team in the Division of Anatomic Pathology at Texas Children's Hospital. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pediatric and perinatal pathology, with expertise in surgical pathology, cytopathology, and autopsy pathology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations of pediatric and perinatal specimens, including surgical pathology, cytopathology, and autopsy pathology.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide expert pathology services and support patient care.
  • Participate in educational and research activities, including teaching pathology residents and fellows, and contributing to departmental research initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in subspecialty areas, including neuropathology, hematopathology, and gynecologic pathology.
Requirements
  • Board certification in Anatomic Pathology or Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology through the American Board of Pathology.
  • Board-certification or Board-eligibility in Pediatric Pathology.
  • Eligibility for an active, unrestricted Texas medical license.
