Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and creating personalized treatment plans.
About the Role:- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Supervise and delegate tasks to patient care staff
