Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate 4K Educator to join our team at Rainbow Childcare Monroe, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a substitute teaching license and a Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction teaching license for this age group.

The 4K program is a 4-day per week program with time for prep on Fridays. The teacher will be responsible for daily lesson plans, completing paperwork, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children in the classroom.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement daily lesson plans that prepare students for Kindergarten, covering subjects such as math, letters, social emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Complete attendance and developmental checklists.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children in the classroom.
Requirements
  • Substitute teaching license.
  • Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction teaching license for this age group.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience teaching 4K.
