Logistics Transport Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Transport Coordinator to join our team at the Mahoning County Education Service Center Consortium. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of students across district-wide locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transportation Management: Oversee the daily transportation operations, including vehicle scheduling, driver assignments, and route optimization.
• Driver Support: Provide guidance and support to drivers on routes, schedules, and student safety protocols.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure that vehicles are properly maintained, inspected, and serviced.
• Communication: Maintain open communication with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders regarding transportation-related issues.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in transportation management or a related field.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
