Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Sagamore Beach, Massachusetts.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to patients, collaborating with the healthcare team, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

• Provide patient-centered care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve patient goals.
• Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians, ensuring safe and effective care.
• Monitor and report patient progress, identifying and addressing any changes or concerns.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Experience in medical-surgical nursing, with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect.
