Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our Master Item files, as well as updating photo catalogs and website photos for items. You will also create appropriate codes for accurate tracking of item file sales, maintain the master file database, and perform other related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Attention to detail: Ensure that all Master Item files are accurate and up-to-date, with no errors or discrepancies.
- Database management: Maintain the master file database, ensuring that all information is current and accessible.
- Photo editing and cataloging: Update photo catalogs and website photos for items, ensuring that all images are high-quality and consistent with our brand standards.
- Sales support: Provide assistance to Sales AP and AR teams as needed, ensuring seamless communication and efficient execution of tasks.
- Inventory management: Participate in monthly inventory counts, ensuring that our stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
- Effective communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, with experience in EDI systems (a plus).
- Organization and attention to detail: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Teamwork and collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
$60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
