At Criterion Child Enrichment, we are seeking a skilled Early Intervention Physical Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals.

About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of $$5,000 Sign On Bonus + negotiable base salary (estimated $65,000 - $85,000) and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance plans, flexible spending account, retirement plan with employer contribution, productivity bonus for salaried staff, generous time off, including vacation, personal, and sick time, paid holiday time off, professional development opportunities, and voluntary benefits.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A current licensure as an Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health;
  • Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred;
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills;
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams;
  • Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone;
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required;
  • Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities

This role involves providing early intervention services to families with children birth to 3 years of age with developmental delays or at risk for developmental delays. The primary focus of early intervention is to provide education, training, and support to families to help their children learn and grow. We provide services in the home, at our early intervention centers, and in the community.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development;
