Main Responsibilities

The Dishwasher is a vital member of our culinary team, responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Key tasks include sorting and rinsing dirty dishes, washing certain pots and pans by hand, and sweeping kitchen floors. Additionally, the Dishwasher will assist with all other duties as assigned by the Culinary Supervisor or Culinary Service Director.

Requirements
  • Working knowledge of dish cleaning practices and dining etiquette.
  • Knowledge of proper food service sanitation techniques.
  • Experience working in a commercial kitchen preferred.
