Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at the CGH Medical Center. As a CNA Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) or licensed practical nurses (LPNs)
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients
  • Maintain patient hygiene and comfort needs
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required; active on the IL Health Care Worker Registry
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
  • Strong operational knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office products preferred
  • Experience in an acute care setting preferred
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
