As an Industrial Construction Project Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of industrial construction projects from planning to completion. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that these projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $115,000 - $135,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Job Description

This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience as a construction site superintendent on industrial projects, with a proven track record of successful completion of industrial projects valued between $500,000 and $20 million. You should possess proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project) and Procore, Bluebeam, CAD software. Additionally, OSHA 30 certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project construction to ensure safe, high-quality, timely, and cost-effective execution.
  • Manage daily activities to meet safety, schedule, and quality requirements.
  • Maintain open communication channels with clients, Design Group team members, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) guidelines and local requirements.
