**Compensation Package**

We are committed to providing a competitive salary structure that rewards your skills and experience. Our estimated annual salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a clear and transparent compensation package, we offer various benefits to support your well-being and career development:

• Market-competitive pay rates
• Robust benefits package including health insurance, flexible scheduling, 100% licensure/certification reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, and up to $20,000 for student loan payments

**Job Responsibilities**

As a Registered Nurse on our Medical/Surgical unit, you will be responsible for evaluating assigned patients and developing individualized care plans. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. Some key responsibilities include:

• Evaluating patients and planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care
• Assisting physicians during examinations and procedures
• Performing various patient tests and administering medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse
• Promoting patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• TX RN license (or Compact)
• Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelor's degree preferred
• BLS certification, ACLS preferred
