Salary

Our salary package is highly competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. As a management instructor at the University of Delaware, you can expect a salary of $85,000 per year.

Job Description

We invite applications for a continuing-track instructor position in Management at the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics. The starting date for the position is August 2025.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching courses in organizational behavior, human resources, and other management-related subjects, depending on the needs of the department.

Teaching load is typically a maximum of eight courses per year, with potential reductions for service activities. This is a permanent position, renewable with increasing contract renewal lengths (starting at two years and moving up to five-year renewals).

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must possess a Master's or Ph.D degree in management, human resources, or a related field.

Candidates must demonstrate the drive and vision to develop an innovative, cutting-edge instructional program. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
