We are seeking a highly skilled RN - General Medical to join our team at Swedish Issaquah. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to address these needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions across the care continuum.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and their families on self-care and disease management.
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and improve the overall quality of care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid RN license in the state of Washington.
- 1 year of experience in med/surg nursing, preferably in an acute care setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

Salary RangeThe salary range for this role is $45.65 - $84.03 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
