Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dentist to join our team as a Clinical Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our dental practice and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a patient-centric team of dental professionals and ensure excellent quality of care for all patients.
  • Assume responsibility for comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnosing dental conditions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans and discuss them with patients.
  • Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
  • Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to achieve financial objectives.
  • Mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development.
  • Represent our practice in the community through networking with professional groups, dental associations, and societies.
Requirements
  • Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
