Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Altru Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide high-quality patient care and education
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in North Dakota or Compact State Agreement
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions
