Job Title: Senior Business Development Associate

About the Role:

Tanner Pharma Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and enrolling new pharmaceutical accounts to drive divisional profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute client engagement plans to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance business operations and pharma company acquisition.
  • Manage and provide proactive communication and excellent customer service to build and maintain successful partnerships.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related area, preferably with a focus on international markets.
  • Exemplary verbal, writing, and editing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor in a results-focused work environment.
