Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate Team Leader to join our team at GPM Investments LLC. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide fast and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Ring customer sales using an electronic cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Assist with shift change by counting money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of a shift.
- Process specialty products, such as money orders, credit card purchases, checks, and lottery sales and redemption's.
- Check identification for restricted sales and maintain a secure environment.
- Replenish stock on food service supplies and clean and sanitize equipment used for service or stocking.
- Clean all areas, including counter tops, microwaves, shelves, floors, windows, cooler doors, food service equipment, restrooms, and parking lots.
- Stock shelves and cooler, rotate and front face stock, and remove damaged or out-of-code merchandise.
- Check in vendor deliveries and complete bad merchandise forms.
- Order merchandise and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Use current training materials and complete necessary training evaluations and documents.
- Provide feedback to management on training programs and materials.
- Monitor cash levels and security procedures during shifts to ensure compliance.
- Review job assignments for completeness and assume other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication).
- Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
