About the Role

As a Physical Therapist, you'll play a vital role in our team's mission to empower patients to regain functional capabilities and independence.

Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with physical therapy expertise, developing customized treatment plans that drive real results.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations using appropriate assessment tools and procedures to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Establish measurable objectives and develop treatment plans to maximize patient independence and function.
  • Regularly assess treatment effectiveness, progress toward goals, and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, medical providers, family members, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with medical providers to discuss patient evaluation and treatment, progress, and discharge from treatment.
  • Recommend and secure adaptive equipment for patients to improve function, incorporating its use into the rehab program.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and billing information in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a culture of excellence by adhering to our Code of Business Conduct, policies, and professional practice standards.
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides in direct patient care and related activities, aligning with state practice acts.
  • Pursue continuing education to enhance clinical skills and participate in staff development programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the state of operation.
  • Basic Life Support or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification in accordance with state regulations.
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injuries.
  • Effective communication and professionalism in verbal and written interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to perform job-related duties, which may require sitting, lifting, standing, bending, stooping, stretching, walking, pushing, and pulling.
