Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Wound Care Specialist to join our team at Northwoods Lodge. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $95,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate new admissions and conduct regular wound rounds to assess the status of wounds and provide education to nursing staff.
  • Analyze trends and identify wound types to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN or LPN licensure.
  • CPR certification and wound care certification required.
  • Minimum one year of licensed nursing experience providing direct care to the aged/chronically ill preferred.
  • Nursing experience in ostomy and continence or long-term care/skilled nursing/transitional rehabilitation settings is highly valued.
