Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough medical evaluations and assessments of patients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, starting IVs, and performing other medical procedures as needed
  • Collaborate with our physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient records accurately and thoroughly
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing required
  • Current NJ state license; CDS and DEA
  • CPR certification
  • NP Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Three to five years of work experience as a professional nurse
