We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Sales Professional to join our team. As an Orkin Termite Sales Inspector, you will have the opportunity to work independently in the field, interacting with customers and identifying their pest control needs. Your goal will be to provide top-notch protection for homes and families, backed by our award-winning training program and the Orkin Guarantee.

You will conduct thorough inspections of homes, using the latest technology to identify any pest control issues. Based on your findings, you will make strategic recommendations to customers, explaining the process and setting expectations. You will also schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers to explain how Orkin's products and services can give them peace of mind.

In this role, you will be responsible for prioritizing safety in all responsibilities, conducting yourself with professionalism and integrity, and serving as an empathetic problem solver for customers. You will also achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads, using a robust advertising budget to provide you with leads.

To succeed in this role, you will need a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company-paid). You must also be able to work independently in the field, interact with customers, and safely perform job duties.

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations. This includes safely using a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, accessing crawl spaces, attics, and confined spaces, and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
