Business Development Representative for Fitness Services

The Sales Representative is a key role at Club Pilates, responsible for driving new membership sales and retaining existing members. This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills to deliver exceptional experiences for clients.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive base salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission paid on sales. Free Pilates classes are also provided, along with opportunities for growth within the studios.
About the Role:
This Sales Representative will work closely with the General Manager to develop sales strategies and implement effective techniques to achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales, as well as conducting tours of the facility and establishing relationships with potential customers.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills. Goal-oriented individuals who can achieve sales targets and learn software systems like Club Ready will be highly valued. You should be able to stand or sit for up to 8 hours during the workday and have sufficient hearing to understand conversations. Additionally, you must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining professional communication with clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include executing the sales process, conducting tours, maintaining personal sales production, and promoting available services to current or prospective members. You will also participate in special events to promote the club and assume responsibility for developing selling skills.
