We're seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Swedish Edmonds. As a key member of our nursing staff, you'll provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

About the Job

This part-time role offers a competitive salary range of $27.82 - $39.80 per hour, depending on experience. You'll work a variety of shifts, including days, and be part of a dynamic team that values teamwork, compassion, and respect for all individuals.

In this role, you'll:

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nurse
  • Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you must:

  • Be certified as a Nursing Assistant by the state of Washington
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
