About the Role

FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is committed to innovation and growth, and we are seeking a highly skilled Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team at our Monroe, NC location.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist who is passionate about providing cutting-edge services to patients with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk issues. As a Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapist with FYZICAL, you will have access to state-of-the-art technology and advanced continuing education that will enable you to positively impact your patients' lives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient neuro/ortho centers or vestibular rehab, as well as strong organizational and time management skills. You will be responsible for performing new patient evaluations, creating personalized plans of care, and providing patients with effective intervention techniques and exercises.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive new patient evaluations to identify impairments and their impact on daily living activities
  • Create individualized plans of care with measurable goals and timelines
  • Provide patients with evidence-based vestibular rehabilitation techniques and exercises
  • Educate patients on continued care and self-management strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes
Requirements
  • Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina
  • Experience in outpatient neuro/ortho centers or vestibular rehab
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively in an autonomous environment
  • Passion for working with patients with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk issues
Benefits
