About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Compiling and entering data for payroll processing
• Researching and resolving complex payroll issues
• Analyzing financial reports and identifying trends
• Providing exceptional customer service to our employees
• Partnering with HR and Benefits teams to ensure smooth payroll operations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• 2 years of experience in payroll operations or a related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and procedures
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
