Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Cybersecurity Threat Analyst to join our cybersecurity team at STEM Search Group.

What You'll Do:

  • Evaluate security alerts to minimize false positives and prioritize real threats.
  • Analyze data from various cybersecurity tools to identify patterns and trends.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate potential threats.
  • Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to streamline operations and enhance overall security posture.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in infrastructure (networking and systems) with experience in firewalls, wireless networks, Microsoft 365, Entra, and Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, SQL, and Bash.
  • Practical experience with cybersecurity tools and concepts.
  • Excellent analytical skills for threat assessment and problem-solving.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration and teamwork.

Compensation:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
