Hospitalist Therapist

Shodair is seeking a skilled Hospitalist Primary Therapist to join our dynamic Social Services team in Helena, MT. As a key member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the treatment team
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients and their families
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A fully licensed or eligible license as LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist in the State of Montana
• Active candidacy for Montana licensure per the board of Behavioral Health requirements
• Prior experience working with children and adolescents is preferred
