About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating complex equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient production processes. This role offers opportunities for growth and professional development in a dynamic and innovative work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain equipment such as palletizers, stretch columns, and conveyor systems
  • Maintain quality control measures to ensure product meets specifications
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize production processes and reduce waste
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and safety procedures
