They will develop and implement high-impact strategies that align with the company's growth goals and diversity objectives, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of recruiters, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure performance metrics are met and promoting professional development.
  • Evaluate and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency, candidate quality, and hiring speed, leveraging analytics and metrics to monitor effectiveness and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to strengthen employer brand and attract a diverse pool of talented candidates, ensuring all hiring practices adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing recruitment teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing recruiting strategies in diverse and competitive markets.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and systems (ATS experience is required).
Salary & Benefits:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, offering a competitive salary range reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent.
