Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to join Zyxware Technologies as a Technical Program Manager, where you will play a crucial role in the delivery of a system to support the Joint Venture with the Volkswagen Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting SAP Functional/Technical Analysts in the delivery of the system's functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support SAP Functional/Technical Analysts in the delivery of the system's functionality, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Generate and integrate all program-related timelines into the overall project schedule, ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve issues, leveraging your expertise in conflict resolution and negotiation.
  • Work with functional area leaders to translate work streams into detailed product/feature roadmaps and deliverables, ensuring every team understands their responsibilities.
  • Define and manage processes and regular meetings, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Elevate issues and risks immediately to mitigate impact on the program, demonstrating your ability to think critically and strategically.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams in different locations, leveraging your expertise in remote collaboration.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of software program management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology/business, with a strong foundation in project management principles.
  • Expert skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, with excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal in the English language.
