At Interim HealthCare of Lake Superior Staffing, we're passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and making a meaningful impact in our community.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide personalized care and support to patients in facilities such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and rehabilitation centers
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Assist with daily needs, including bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating, and nutritional intake
  • Help with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
  • Monitor patient vitals, intake/output, and blood glucose levels, and document any changes
  • Observe patient conditions and notify supervisors of any issues requiring a change in care, medication, or equipment

  • Competitive hourly rate: $25-$27

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Minnesota
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
  • Compassionate nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
