This is a dynamic opportunity to work in our state-of-the-art Vascular Surgery Unit, where you will care for patients with complex medical needs. As a Clinical Nurse III, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team.
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced RN to join our Vascular Surgery Team as a Clinical Nurse III. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal outcomes. You will also participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patient needs, developing individualized plans of care that address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Implement interventions to promote patient recovery, safety, and well-being, including medication administration, wound care, and other treatments.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Document patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher preferred.
- Current NYS Registered Nurse license; BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care nursing, preferably in vascular surgery or a related specialty.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
$36.73 - $60.93 per hour.
