Hotel Guest Services Representative

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Guest Services Representative to join our team at SW Gaming LLC. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Register and assign rooms to guests, verifying their identification and payment information.
- Issue room keys and provide guests with information about hotel services and amenities.
- Keep accurate records of room availability and guest accounts, using our computer system to manage bookings and payments.
- Compute bills and collect payments from departing guests, making sure to provide a smooth and efficient check-out process.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming License.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel management systems.
