Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Growth Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing your own book of business through cold calling, prospecting, and pipeline management
- Conducting introductory calls, qualifying leads, delivering product demos, and closing deals
- Staying informed on market solutions and adapting product recommendations to client needs
- Exceeding sales goals while developing strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
- Utilizing HubSpot to track sales metrics and streamline processes
- Participating in industry events to expand our client base and stay up-to-date on industry knowledge
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of Account Executive experience, preferably in inside sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Occasional travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in team gatherings
Benefits
Enjoy a competitive salary of $85,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Plus, benefit from:

Salary Estimate
The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $90,000, based on location and experience.
