Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Growth Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing your own book of business through cold calling, prospecting, and pipeline management
  • Conducting introductory calls, qualifying leads, delivering product demos, and closing deals
  • Staying informed on market solutions and adapting product recommendations to client needs
  • Exceeding sales goals while developing strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
  • Utilizing HubSpot to track sales metrics and streamline processes
  • Participating in industry events to expand our client base and stay up-to-date on industry knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of Account Executive experience, preferably in inside sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems is preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Occasional travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in team gatherings

Salary Estimate

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $90,000, based on location and experience.
