We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Furniture Sales and Design Expert to join our team at La-Z-Boy Incorporated.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess exceptional customer service skills, a passion for design, and a drive to succeed in sales. As a Furniture Sales and Design Expert, you will be responsible for creating long-term customer relationships by providing personalized solutions for their interior design needs.

You will work closely with clients to understand their lifestyle, taste, and budget, and then utilize your knowledge of our products and services to create customized spaces that exceed their expectations. Your goal will be to increase sales and profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What We Offer
  • A competitive estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and performance

Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., design, business, marketing) preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience; retail or design background a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend shifts
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
