We are seeking an experienced Nurse Leader to join our team as a Night House Supervisor/Patient Flow Specialist. In this role, you will provide direction and guidance to hospital staff, ensuring that policies and procedures are applied effectively and that patient flow is optimized. Your expertise in nursing leadership and patient flow will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goal of becoming the healthcare provider of choice for patients and the workplace of choice for staff and providers.

To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum of 3 years' experience as an RN in a hospital setting, with recent ICU or experience preferred. A bachelor's degree in nursing or related field is required, and ACLS and PALS certification are desired.
