About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior Manager to join our Technology Advisory team at Withum. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading tax engagements, supervising staff, and building relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead tax engagements and develop strategic plans to meet client needs
  • Supervise and mentor staff to ensure high-quality work and professional growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
  • 8+ years of professional services experience, with a focus on tax and technology
  • CPA, JD, LLM, or MST required
  • Extensive experience with C-Corp Form 1120 tax filing entities and ASC 740 tax provisions
  • Industry knowledge within the Technology/Startup and Emerging Growth sector a plus
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $125,000 - $235,000, depending on location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package and bonus program based on individual and firm performance.
