Sales LCU Account Manager

As a Sales LCU Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in developing new customer relationships and strengthening our existing customer base. Your expertise in Light Commercial Unitary equipment will help you identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate market opportunities and utilize account management processes to identify key customers.
- Build long-term relationships with contractors and building owners throughout your assigned territory.
- Facilitate introductions of key customer contacts to other sales teams for specific opportunity development.
What We Offer:
- A competitive base salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 annually.
- A commission plan with uncapped potential.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, holistic wellness programs, and family building benefits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, sales, marketing, or 4-8 years of demonstrated experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of solution sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations.
