Mailroom Supervisor

Job Summary:

Centene Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Mailroom Supervisor to oversee the production staff of the Mailing & Distribution Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating mailings for health plans and other internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production staff to ensure efficient mail processing and quality control
• Create and manage production schedules to meet customer demands
• Advise on purchase of new equipment and mail piece design to improve efficiency and quality
• Maintain production machines and ensure they are in good working condition
• Manage and train production staff to improve productivity and performance
• Create and provide productivity reports and production cost analysis to inform business decisions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a mailroom, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of USPS, mail piece design, and technology of mail and print industry
• Previous experience as a lead in a functional area or managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
