Job Description

Acosta Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling AT&T products to small businesses, focusing on fiber internet, VoIP, and mobility solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, cold call, and visit small businesses to offer fiber internet, VoIP, and mobility solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of AT&T products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the telecom industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
